?2 large eggs: 13.5 g protein, 0.4 g carbs, 10.7 g fat.
?1/2 Avocado: 2.9 g protein, 0.6 g carbs, 14.5 g fat.
?Veggies (all): 2.5 g protein, 7.5 g carbs, 0.5 g fat.
?Fig: 0.3 g protein, 8.6 g carbs, 0.1 g fat

I shared the highest amounts of macros of each ingredient! As you can see eggs are the highest in protein and avocado is higher in fat. Veggies are carbs as well but that doesn’t change the fact they are veggies! ?As we all know fruits are high in carb!?

?This is how I have my breakfasts, yes I do eat lots of fat for breakfast which avoids me having cravings throughout the day! I’d rather to have higher healthy fat breakfast than to have cravings? @fitwomeneat .
