I often say my body is one part chickpea pasta, but it’s also probably also one part shrimp and sautéed spinach ?. And by default that means it’s probably full parts garlic because that goodness goes on aaall of the above ??. SPICY GARLIC SHRIMP + CREAMY CAULIFLOWER GARLIC PASTA: my go-to when I’m I need of a simple + satisfying meal, but also when I’m in need of something fast. This one takes 30 minutes from start to finish to faceplant, aand comes together even faster when you’ve got meal prepped pasta ??‍♀️ (PSA: meal prepping pasta is a DO if you’re not already doing).

#whatsonmyplate: spicy garlic shrimp •• eatbanza shells tossed with creamy cauliflower garlic sauce (recipe: 2 cups steamed cauliflower + 1/2 cup kitehillfoods cream cheese (you can sub any cream cheese) + 1/2 cup unsweetened califiafarms creamer OR almond milk + 2 garlic cloves + salt & pepper to taste) •• sautéed spinach with parm & red pepper •• sautéed cremini mushrooms. –
