Meals:
- Brunch:
- 1 egg
- 3 beef tenderloin strips
- 2 slices of ostrich meat
- 1 box of tofu
- Afternoon Tea:
- 1 egg
- 250 ml unsweetened soy milk
- 100 g unsweetened fat-free yogurt
- Dinner:
- 2 slices of ostrich meat
- 100 g firm tofu
- 1 piece of flounder fillet
- 6 Angus beef tenderloin cubes
- Shrimp and egg scramble
- 10 shrimp
- 1 egg
Hydration:
- 250 ml unsweetened soy milk
- 800 ml water
- 1000 ml green tea
Exercise:
- 30 minutes of stretching
- 21,500 steps walked
- 80 minutes of dog walking (5.65 km)
Sleep:
- 5 hours
Summary:
- Normally, I’m not a big meat eater, so eating so much meat is starting to feel a bit overwhelming, even without oil. It feels heavy and also a bit empty. I don’t really want to eat more meat, I crave other things.
- For dinner, I steamed firm tofu with a little meat and tried to squeeze out as much water as possible to make the texture a bit like starch or rice.
- In terms of energy, I feel less energetic than yesterday. I started feeling sleepy after dinner, which is usually my peak time.
- I really want bread and sweets, but I’ll stick with this diet to test it out. Seeing the weight go down every morning is very motivating.
- I seem to have a bit of insomnia, I woke up around 8 am and couldn’t fall back asleep.
