There are a few cheese cake recipes around for the Dukan Diet, but they are quite involved. I have made a shortcut version for when you’re craving and don’t have the time for real cheese cake. Try it and see how it compares.
- 3 or more tablespoons of extra light cream-cheese (philadelphia)
- 1 teaspoon of sweetener
- 3 drops of vanilla essence
- 1/2 teaspoon of diet drinking chocolate (or if you have it no-fat coco)
- Put all ingredients in a small dish and mix with a fork until combined
