Oatbran Porridge
Oatbran Porridge Pure Protein Easy recipe |
PP = Pure Protien
Ingredients:
- 2 table spoons of oatbran
- dash of milk
- water
- sweetener
Method:
- scoop 2 table spoons of oatbran into a microwave safe bowl
- add a small amount of tap water so the oatbran is covered, give it a stir with a spoon
- put bowl in the microwave and cook for 1 minute
- take the bowl out, the oatbran should have absorbed all of the water
- now add a dash of milk, (not too much or it will be runny), stir the milk in
- put the bowl back in the microwave for another 30 seconds
- check you are happy with the thickness of the porridge, if too runny cook for another 30 seconds
- Now sprinkle with sweetener and enjoy
Tip: Add a sprinkle of cinnamon for something a little different.
