? Today I’ll show you how you can easily implement your DAILY FRUIT GOALS into meals or a meal! Here I show you how to get in the majority of your needed nutrients in just one yummy meal! For me, a oatmeal for breakfast is the easiest choice in order to check off a wide range of vitamins and minerals in order to kick start your day! Add some ground flax seeds as a fat source in order to improve the absorption of all those fat-soluble vitamins! ?

My favorites fruits out of these mentioned above are probably KIWIS and any BERRIES!
? Also, if you’re trying to SAFE SOME CASH with your fruit choices, try to buy fruits that are either in season or on sale and bulk up on these on sale fruits… Usually in Germany KIWIS are sometimes on sale for nearly half the price that’s when you should buy plenty of them (as long as you eat them… ?)! Furthermore, FROZEN is often times equally nutritious as fresh fruits so don’t mind saving some money there! ?? Nothing left to say this year 2018, than to wish you a wonderful 2019!
