Chocolate can definitely be included in a balanced diet ESPECIALLY on a Friday night!

If your like me and enjoy more than 2-3 pieces of chocolate (or more ?) at a time THEN this method is for you! It creates a larger volume and lasts a hell of a lot longer. ⠀ ⠀

It is also a fun and visually appealing way (IMO) to enjoy chocolate. Also who doesn’t like warm melted chocolate? Honestly who?

I LOVE melted chocolate and I love having fruit with chocolate, especially strawberries! The best thing is you can dip whatever you want into it, you don’t have to only stick to fruit.

How to make chocolate dipping sauce:

Ingredients
35-40g chocolate of choice (broken into small pieces)
2 tablespoons milk of choice

Method
1.Microwave milk of choice for 30 seconds, until simmering.
2.Remove from microwave and stir in chocolate until melted and smooth (the mixture may look quite thin at first, but just keep stirring, stirring, stirring ?. It will come together!) ⠀

As you can see there isn’t much difference but what is different is the volume it provides and the time it will take you to eat it! You definitely won’t consume this mindlessly even if you haven’t mastered the principles behind intuitive eating!

This is a perfect way to indulge on a Friday night with friends and or family! Who doesn’t love a chocolate fondue?
