?1 cup non-starchy veg
? 2 tsp oil for cooking

On the right
?100g lean steak
?1/2 cup rice
?3 cups non-starchy veg
?1tsp oil for cooking ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Side in both is garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce and chilli.
