Apparently our fridge contains a ridiculous number of condiments (? @cassieskye) so I thought I’d share my faves. They’re not the most exotic but they get used A LOT.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• There is a huge variety of hummus and some are very energy dense. I look for one with <180calories per 100g.
• Balsamic glaze and sriracha do have a high % of sugar but you don’t need to add much to add flavour.
• Basil pestos can also be energy dense however again the amount needed is usually not a lot! ⠀
