BASIC #CHIAJAM
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Cover base of a saucepan with 1-2cm of water.
2. On medium heat, add 4Tbsp chia seeds and cook until the seeds ‘swell.’
3. Remove chia seeds from saucepan (water all needs to be absorbed) and 2 cups of defrosted frozen berries ? and start to mash as they cook.
4. Add stevia to taste (I added the equivalent of 1Tbsp sugar- check stevia packet for sweetness equivalents). Stevia is actually optional- the berries on their own may be sweet enough for you!
5. Remove berry mix from heat and mix with chia seeds!
