CHIPS OR CRACKERS?

I’m sure I’m going to get a few haters for this post ? but if you’re grabbing a packet of ‘crackers’ thinking they’re a healthier option than chips then this might be of interest to you.

As you can see the ‘cracker chips’ and actual chips have a very similar nutrient profile.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
While the Delites are lower in calories (just), 10cals in your overall daily intake is not a huge amount. And they’re higher in salt than the other two products.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In reality none of these contain much good in terms of nutrition, they’re highly processed, they lack the protein and fibre that is required to make you feel satisfied and it’s very easy to eat more of the packet than you intended! Treat them with other sometimes and small amounts foods ?? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
