Eating well never means completely excluding foods.
If you want to reduce calories, there are ways it can be done whilst still eating calorie dense foods and eating a lot of food!
Here’s one example. Both snacks have almonds but the snack on the left has 1 cup of air popped popcorn with less almonds. Higher volume, lower calories.
