Have you ever seen a dreamier bowl?! 😍 Plant based pasta sauce + chickpea pasta + leftover shrimp 😎 I meannnn what more can you ask for?! Finished my jar of pasta sauce I made (it lasted so many meals 💯) the easiest way with @eatbanza pasta 👌🏻it’s packed with fiber and protein and cooks the same way as regular pasta 🙌🏻 Always gotta add in some avocado too 😉 I know for some this may seem like a “big” meal but I’m always pretty hungry on days I do orange theory so I do my best to fuel myself with real food. -⠀
One the most common questions I get asked is if I really eat everything I post and the answer is: yes unless I say I don’t. Sometimes I’ll make a pancake tower and save the leftovers because it’s fun to make a pancake tower 🤷🏼♀️or sometimes I don’t finish a bowl but I’ll normally say that. I always want this to be a place to share easy, healthy meals but they aren’t one size fits all. lunch details 👉🏻 Leftover shrimp I found in the freezer (can’t remember the recipe exactly) + @eatbanza pasta topped with my plant based pasta sauce (I’ll link it in my stories + it’s on my blog if you search it) + tomatoes + 1/2 avocado + sautéed mushrooms and zucchini. I reheated the shrimp along with the zucchini and mushrooms in the skillet.
