Egg, sweet potato chips, and avo is by far the perfect trio ? I eat this combo way too often but no shame ? It’s got a great balance of healthy fats, carbs, and protein plus it’s easy and filling ?? Perfect refuel after a morning run ??♀️ I’d eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if I could but my body would probably need some other nutrients at some point ? If you’re trying to clean up your meat/eggs, organic brown eggs are the cheapest way to go ?? I’m trying to get all those added hormones out of my diet but grass fed beef/chicken is way more expensive ? But luckily eggs you can get a dozen for a pretty reasonable price! So if you’re looking to take small steps to clean up the added hormones in your life, start slow with getting some better sourced eggs ?? Plus the yolk is 10x better on organic eggs ?
