🤔I realised I have been posting pictures with black background lately! Lets bring back the colors both to our plates and our day today!⠀
🍳BREAKFAST: Ground turkey with pecan halves, 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, sautèed red onion and spinach, baby cukes and cherry tomatoes.⠀
🍌POST WOKROUT: Protein oatmeal with pecans, blueberries, 1/2 banana, maple syrup.⠀
🍗LUNCH: Grilled chicken with white rice-red quinoa mix and grilled brussel sprouts.⠀
🥙DINNER: Turkey burger with steamed broccoli, sautéed red cabbage and red potatoes.
