When you first start “listening to your body” it can be like…. “Uhhh… wtf?!” like what DOES fullness feel like?! You won’t know at first. That’s normal.
.
Instead, thinking in terms of “Would this feel good? Would this not feel good?” can feel more tangible.
.
Try stopping a couple times throughout the meal to ask yourself this question. Especially if you find yourself feeling overly full after meals!
