It’s not that there is nothing wrong with the stuff on the left. They’re all super fun ways to eat veggies and you have permission to enjoy them! But we shouldn’t feel guilt, stress or anxiety around the stuff on the right. Seeing food as “bad” or having guilt around it leads us to feeling out of control around it, being more likely to binge, and that stress? It ain’t great for your health.

This 4th of July (and every day) enjoy the food that you want without guilt. Food is more than just nutrients. Some foods nourish our bodies more and some our souls. We need and deserve both ❤️
