Healthy eating can be easy and does not need to involve counting calories (although I think doing this for a short period of time can be good to get an understanding of calorie density of foods).

Balance your plate as follows:

➡️ 1/4 plate starchy carbs
➡️ 1/2 plate non-starchy carbs
➡️ 1/4 plate lean protein
➡️ 1-2 Tbsp healthy fats

This literally took 10 minutes to make. I cut it all up and threw it in a grill pan with a small amount of olive oil ??
