Here is everything I ate on Saturday!!! ?

I love doing full days of eating on here and on YouTube but not focusing on WHAT I’m eating but more of WHY I’m eating it.❤️ I like to help you understand my thought process as an intuitive eater without food rules. So here is what we had on this day⬇️
.
1️⃣ On the weekends when I go to the gym it’s later so I have a more substantial bagel before for energy! We RAN OUT OF PB… WUT?! So I used chopped nuts.. Not the same ?
2️⃣ Smoothie cereal is mah JAAAAM. I used some of a @premierprotein shake for the milk for an additional protein punch- my hard worked muscles would benefit from that to help them recover. So easy and delish! Since we didn’t have PB I added ground flaxseed for some filling fats
3️⃣ Ran errands and noticed I was getting cranky.. Time for a snack! We only had a few more so I wanted something light so I’d still be hungry for lunch when I got home
4️⃣ Typical lunch! Sandwich for easy + leftover veggies. Loading sammies with veggies is so satisfying to me + I had leftover avocado lime crema (recipe on the blog!) so I slathered some on there!
5️⃣ Was seeking a bit of comfort & relaxation in the afternoon so reading + comforting tea was my choice! @Celestialtea sugar cookie sleigh ride is the best!
6️⃣ Snackage for the afternoon was a protein bar (I like the Costco Kirkland ones… legit called protein bar ?) and then wanted a little more sweet so had my fave popcorn! (code NOFOODRULES for 15% off @safeandfair)
7️⃣ Weekends are when I have more time to enjoy trying new recipes! @cookingclassy lasagna soup is ???
8️⃣ Craving a bit of chocolate so I had some! Truly tasted & experienced it. hit.?the.?spot.? (we were going to go to Sonic for a shake but they close at 8pm… WUT!?)

All of this? ? Took up very little space in my brain. I had to really think back ? That’s what happens when you’re an intuitive eater! It’s EASY.

I’ve got another full day of eating tomorrow in my stories (every wednesday!) so be sure to keep an eye out!
