Ignore any negative thoughts you have about any overindulgence. These thoughts will not serve you. Xmas is about food, family and fun.. no need to punish yourself for having a good time!

3 nutrition tips if you’re feeling sluggish from the silly season! All simple but effective!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Focus on hydration. Being busy and few extra ? ? can mean we fail to drink enough. Getting back on track with your water ? intake will help with energy levels and controlling hunger.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ Focus on fibre, especially prebiotic fibre. Our gut takes a bashing over the festive season which can leave our microbiota out of whack. Prebiotic fibre promotes growth of good bacteria in our gut and increased short chain fatty acid production which has a huge range of benefits for our bods. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣ Get your veg intake back up! Mine has definitely fallen below 5 served on many of these Xmas days so aim for 5-7 each day to get yourself feeling good again.

And FORGET any detox or extreme diets. The only diet that works is one you can maintain long term.
