• Less calories per 100g
• Volume = feeling full
• More fibre ➡️ better gut health and feeling full
• ⬆️ vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, antioxidants.
ALL of these foods can and should be included of course (or alternatives if you’re vegetarian or vegan). This is about demonstrating what to eat most of.
