I often talk about protein distribution across the day and I recently had a request for an example of what this could look like so ????
I do want to be clear that for most of us it is ok to eat 100g of protein per day but most of us do not need to eat that much. At least 0.8-1g of protein per kg of body weight (provide you are a healthy weight) is out base requirement.
I personally eat more than the 0.8-1g per kg because my focus is feeling full (I’ve always had high hunger levels) and protein is the main macro nutrient that helps with fullness.
