I think many of us can relate to the snaccident!
We let ourselves get too hungry.
We mindlessly eat.
We snack for reasons other than hunger like fatigue, emotions, boredom.
Here’s some easy strategies that you can use (I use these) to help avoid the snaccident.
[Although it is quite hard to buy pre-portioned dark chocolate so if anyone has any recommendations please share below!] 😆
