I think most of us can say that we non-hungry eat at times.
I also think most of us know ‘the reach’ that comes with non-hungry eating.
It’s where you reach for just a small piece of chocolate and the BAM the whole block is gone or that one handful of chips and then BAM, bye bye to the whole bag.
