I used to play down my exercise habits because I actually felt some people judged me for exercising so consistently. These days I am proud of myself for prioritising it daily! Here’s some things I DON’T always get done as a result
– housework
– meal prep
– creating content for this page @movingdietitian
– interesting dinners (5 minute omelette anyone?)
And when the babes don’t nap for long they make a good cheer squad while I get my workout finished. Sometimes I exercise for 15 minutes, sometimes 40 (never really more than that these days), some days it’s a walk and others it’s a run or a HIIT workout in our back yard. I can’t wait to bring yoga back into my life?♀️. I’m not saying everyone needs to exercise everyday- you have to find what works for you. But prioritising this is what I find works for me.

There have been some parts of being a new mum that I have definitely struggled with and daily exercise has been essential for me getting my thoughts in order.

I am sure some of you will roll your eyes at this post, and that’s ok with me because hopefully some of you will feel inspired to be proud of something positive you do consistently for your health and wellness.

What wellness habits are you proud of? ❤️
