I’m not going to lie- when I was in my late teens and early 20’s I tried a number of ‘diets.’ Dairy free, low carb, low calorie to name a few. None of these worked for me and I found I spent too much precious time thinking (worrying!) about my what I had eaten, what I would eat next next and feeling disheartened because I thought I was ‘failing’ on any said diet. I feel fortunate that my whole mindset changed as I studied dietetics. Eating became about health, nourishing my body and feeling energetic.
