*Ingredients:-
:
1)Brown Rice ( 1/4cup semi soaked)
:
2) Skim Milk (500 ml)
:
3) jaggery( as per Taste)
:
4)Almonds (3-4 pcs.)
:
5) cashews (3-4 pcs.)
:
6) saffron ( 3-4 threads)
:
7) pistachios ( 4-5 pcs.)

*Recipe:-
:
1) Take Milk in a Pan, and add the semi soaked brown rice in it.
2)keep the flame on low & stirr it occasionally,now the saffron threads in it, it will work as colour agent in it and will enhance the flavour.
3) keep stirring it, and cook it for 4-5 min, Slowly the milk will reduce and rice will bind with milk.
4) Now add the jaggery in it, and mix it well.now add the Almonds and cashews in it and mix it well, now take it off and garnish with pistachios.you can serve it hot or chilled. Try it out in lunch and dinner…??????
