Unfortunately most of the convenient breakfast options lack the protein required to keep us feeling satisfied. If this is you then working more protein into this meal is an excellent idea to stop you reaching for more snacks by 9am. You can do this by:
✔️Having an egg based breakfast.
✔️Using a protein rich milk like that from @completedairy (available in Aus).
✔️Using a protein rich yoghurt like @yoproau or @chobaniau.
✔️Using a protein powder.
