BREAKFAST: rye bread with cream cheese, 1 tsp honey for my sweet tooth ? raspberries and walnuts.⠀
LUNCH : egg, toast, salad with half avo, baked tofu cheese⠀
SNACK: veggies with peanut butter .⠀
DINNER: grilled veggies ( mushrooms, bell pepper, zuchini) chicken, half avo, cabbage salad, rye toast
