When you compare equivalent volumes of 250ml (about 1 glass) of Red Bull vs Coca-Cola the calories and sugar content are VERY similar

Regardless of how much you drink, the energy boost is likely to be short and may actually leave you feeling more sluggish and hungry

If you need a kick start, instead of an energy drink try
✔️A strong coffee. You’ll get the caffeine AND carbs and protein that your body will use for energy. Black coffee also works if you’re getting protein and carbs from food at the same time
〰️Sugar free Energy drinks are an option but you miss the bonus of low GI carbs and protein that you get from a milk coffee
✔️Increasing your water intake. Sounds simple but most of us do not drink enough water. Even just slight dehydration will make you sluggish. This is not something you can fix in 1 day as dehydration might be chronic (this happened to me 2 years ago). You need to work at getting enough fluid in every day.

Well folks, gather ’round because we’ve got a hot topic on our hands today. It’s all about those pesky, but oh-so-necessary, chores. You know, the things we love to hate.
Let’s face it, chores are like that annoying little cousin that won’t leave you alone at the family reunion. But just like that cousin, we can’t ignore them forever.
From doing the dishes to folding laundry, chores are just a fact of life. But they don’t have to be all doom and gloom. In fact, I’ve heard of people turning their chores into a game. That’s right, a game! Just think of it as an adult version of hide and seek – except instead of hiding, you’re looking for dust bunnies under the bed.
And hey, if all else fails, just crank up the music and turn your chores into a dance party. I mean, who wouldn’t want to sweep the floor like Beyonce?
So the next time you’re staring at that pile of dirty dishes in the sink, just remember: chores may be a pain, but they’re a necessary evil. And who knows, maybe one day we’ll look back on them fondly. Ah, the memories of scrubbing toilets and folding socks. Good times, good times.
