I follow these most days to keep myself on track and also avoid obsessing about my next meal.

I wish mindful eating was also up there, but if I’m honest- while I think it is important, it is not my strength!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lower carb or intermittent fasting can also work for some in specific situations, but these are not strategies I follow. If you’re considering these then always discuss with a Dietitian first to see if it’s right for you and to avoid putting yourself at nutritional risk.
