• Mix oats, chia, almonds, currants, honey and milk. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
• In the morning- Chop pear into pieces, sprinkle with cinnamon and put in microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
• Top bircher with pear and a few extra almonds and currants.
