Remember ? if you’re feeling suuuuper hungry there is a reason for that. Avoiding the hunger will just make it come back 10x stronger when you finally allow yourself to eat. Aaaaaand that’s when the whole kitchen gets inhaled on 0.67 seconds. Totally NOT an enjoyable experience.

If you’re working on improving your ability to listen to your hunger cues know that it takes time! And that you have to actually WORK to get them back, you usually can’t just “listen to your body”. In @the_socieaty I teach a process called “biological reconditioning” that essentially is all about refueling your body after dieting so that you have nice strong hunger cues to listen to. You gotta do this BEFORE you break your food rules. Most people don’t follow this process which is why they feel V confused and frustrated with intuitive eating.
