The missing piece to the intuitive eating puzzle for the majority of people is gentle nutrition.? It’s one of the 10 principles of intuitive eating so if you haven’t gotten there or started implementing it you can’t really say you’re FULLY eating intuitively.

As someone who struggled to figure out how to tie in nutrition info without it feeling diet-y and has now been called the ?queen? of gentle nutrition I can 10000000% say that you CAN learn how to implement it too. You CAN learn how to make intuitive eating feel good. You CAN find “balance” and learn to eat in “moderation”.
