Whenever you say you can’t have something it actually increased your brain’s motivations & reward response for that thing. So, rather than saying “I gotta stop!” try giving yourself permission and asking what you could do to really work on coping with the emotions you’re feeling. Food can be a pick me up, sure, but it won’t solve your struggles!
