[Makes approximately 10]
– 1 1/2 cup @kelloggsaus All-Bran®
– 1 1/2 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
– 2 ripe bananas – mashed
– 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
– 1Tbsp baking powder
– 2Tbsp chia
– 1/2 cup dates – soaked in 1/2 cup water
– 1 egg
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Method:
1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together All-Bran, flour and baking powder
2. In a separate bowl mash banana
3. Add oil, egg, mashed banana and dates to flour and All-Bran mix
4. Cook at 180 degrees celsius for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown
