This is our easy day volume eating meal.

Roast chook from the supermarket, a bag of salad and some carbs.

You absolutely do not need to cut out certain foods to eat healthy and here’s one way we do it!

Whilst 200 calories might not sound like a lot. 200 calories less or more every day = 10kg over the course of one year.

Differences on the right are obvious..
• 100g of chicken (compared to 150g)
• Chicken breast with no skin instead of leg + breast with skin
• More salad
• One less potato
