This is to show that there is huge variation in snack bars.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mostly the large discrepancies are due to serve size. But some contain a lot more added sugar than others.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All muesli/snack bars contain some added sugar in the form of glucose, honey, syrups etc to stick the ingredients together.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For most a reasonable snack aim for:
✔️ 1 tsp of sugar or less per bar
✔️ 150-160 cals per bar
✔️ >3g fibre per bar
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*Some of the other bars will suit people with higher energy or training requirements.

I only eat muesli bars occasionally but when I do, my favourites are:
– @barleyplus bars (not pictured but they have about 1tsp added sugar and are also tops on the fibre front!)
– @niceandnaturalfoodco protein nut bars
