My biggest tip to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, is for you to eat foods that you like, and not force yourself to eat foods that you don’t like. Making small healthier swaps can make the biggest difference. If you enjoy a particular treat, having it in small amounts can be a great way to satisfy your craving. Here is an example of what I ate today .⠀
?Breakfast: Vanilla cinnamon protein bowl made with: yoghurt, cinnamon, pea protein, vanilla extract and stevia. Topped with blueberries, strawberries and 1 serving of my home-made banana bread granola⠀

?Snack 1: 1 nut butter cup (home-made)⠀
.⠀
?Lunch: Health seed roll with cottage cheese, tomato, salad, and air fried vegan strips. Topped with home-made prego sauce. Served with rocket and feta salad, and some baked sweet potatoes fries made in the air fryer ?⠀

?Snack 2: Two Twix fingers ( my favorite!) and a cup of rooibos tea⠀

?Dinner: Home-made baked chicken schnitzel, crumbed in oats and almond flour. Served with some herby mashed potato, peas and a side salad with butternut, avocado and rocket⠀

?Snack 3: Bowl of strawberries and almond butter. Served with a warm almond milk chai latte⠀
.⠀
That puts me at a total of 1893 calories. I completed BBG stronger 3.0 arms workout and did a 10 min stretch ?‍♂
