In the early days of my intuitive eating journey I really struggled. After I gave myself permission to break all of my food rules ????? and no longer had a ginormous wave of guilt crash over me after I ate a cookie ? I wanted to think about nutrition again. I wanted permission to care about my health AND have food freedom.

I felt wrong for wanting this. ?Every time I thought of adding some ground flaxseed to my yogurt bowl a voice in my head went? “Okay so we’re done with this whole no food rules thing now? Back to eating #clean?” Can you relate?! ?♀️OHF!

The thing is… you DO have nutrition permission as an intuitive eater ? But we can’t just apply the same tactics we did when we were dieting. ❌ It WILL feel diet-y and contradictory! ❌We need to develop a new way of thinking about nutrition. This includes learning about what foods actually do from a non-diet lens as well as learning to FEEL the difference between implementing gentle nutrition and not. That is the key to non-diet-y nutrition!

It took me lotsssssss of trial and error to figure out how to navigate this slippery slope but after years of two steps forward and one step back I finally boiled it down to ?steps. And I’m spilling those 5 steps to you on a live masterclass happening tonight at 8:30pm!
