Wanna to stop tracking or tallying your food?
.
The average time a person will spend tracking food per day is 15 minutes. That comes out to 5,475 minutes or 91.25 hours per year. That’s a lotta hours.
.
What would you do with that extra time?! When I stopped tracking here is what I filled that time with:
.
?making more memories with the ones I love
?hobbies! Like reading (..and not just cookbooks!)
?doing all of the household chores I said I’d eventually get to
?self-care
.
All of those things that we say “I don’t have time for that!” Welp. Just found your time.
.
And if you think “but how will I know how much to eat without tracking?!” the answer is: your body. Our bodies CAN regulate our energy intake without us micromanaging it. They REALLY can. If you think yours can’t well.. I’m calling you out! That’s a self-limiting belief and if you think that then you’re right, it won’t, because you don’t trust it to.
