Weekend recap! (swipe to the end ?♀️➡️)

When it comes to living with no food rules what makes me the happiest isn’t the delicious food (Hello ?? @socialmisfitswcc fried chicken and waffles with the gooooiest mac n cheese! ?) It’s about:

?making memories that will last forever

?sharing new experiences with the ones I love
.
☀️being in a better mood because I’m not anxious and hangry AF
.
✨living.

While, yes, being able to enjoy the food is a FAB part of it, it’s really not the reason that I do the work that I do in teaching members of @the_socieaty how to live without food rules too. It’s so that they can have their life back again. ?

This weekend we went to brunch (I ate before without guilt so I wouldn’t be raaaavenous- no need to “save calories”), rode scooters during the wait time (so fun!), I ordered what I truly wanted and easily stopped when I was full & satisfied.
.
And the rest of the weekend? Honestly it wasn’t really filled with many “balanced” meals and that’s fine! No guilt. It was a more soul nourishing than body nourishing/nutrient dense few days and that is a-ok!

A not-so-fab part of the weekend? Theo got sprayed by a skunk at 5am. Which brings his total skunk spray count to 3. ?♀️Luckily we’ve got this down to a science now… but not something I wanted to ever master ?
