What are the main principles you follow when it comes to your diet?

One of my main strategies is to focus on getting the good stuff in.. I don’t think too much about what to avoid- I focus on getting AT LEAST 5 serves of vegetables in each day. In effect this leaves less room across my day for highly processed, non-nourishing foods. For this chicken stir fry I went half noodles, half zoodles to bump up the veg!
