What I’m eating this week ?

Get ready for the most simple meal prep ever! Here is what you need:
.
1️⃣A chopped salad kit (I like this asian one from Aldi!)
2️⃣Some protein of choice (I’m using a chicken breast cooked with a bit of sesame oil)
3️⃣A tortilla (I’m using whole wheat for a bit of gentle nutrition)
.
Put about ⅓ of the salad kit in the wrap, add your protein source and voila! Lunch is served! Some days I’ll have it with an apple or air fryer carrots (the besttttt! Recipe on my blog) or maybe I’ll have a cookie after! Everyday is different!

What I love about this meal:
.
☝️I like it’s delicious and soooo easy!
✌️It makes my body feel good! It’s got some veggies in there and whole grains which give me long lasting energy.
.
The “goal” of intuitive eating is to get to this place where you can implement nutrition info to honor your body and feel good in it without it feeling diet-y.
