Say no to the bogus diet plans. ?♀️Say no to cutting out food groups unnecessarily in the name of “#health” (even “just for 30 days”).

Say ‘YES’ to trusting your body in 2022. ?Ya know that “#balance” and “moderation” everyone is seeming to strive for? Yeah. It’s intuitive eating.

Making peace with food, listening to your body and saying see ya never to dieting isn’t as “sexy” of an approach. I get it. ?♀️But it’s the most sustainable and it IS the most healthy option. (yes, even if you have medical needs or restrictions you CAN eat intuitively- our ? is also part of listening to our bodies remember!)
