When I read (ok- listened!) to Atomic Habit by @jamesclear this quote really res…

When I read (ok- listened!) to Atomic Habit by @jamesclear this quote really resonated with me.

Over the years I have often been asked ‘how do you stay motivated to eat well?’

Truthfully, quite often it is more about my environment than my willpower. When I’m tired or have let myself get too hungry I pretty much reach for whatever is in the fridge or pantry!

Here’s 3 things I do with my environment to support healthy eating include
1. I only buy highly processed, nutrient poor snacks for occasions (they don’t always sit in the cupboard)

3. When we do have chocolate in the cupboard it is tucked away from eye level.
