Whenever I get questions about nutrition topics my answer is usually ? It depends. ? Annoying I know! But here is why ?

Your focus on “healthy eating” depends where you’re at. If you don’t have a healthy relationship with food I don’t recommend that your main focus is on bee pollen ?supplements (yes, I get asked about this stuff!) or a rando unicorn dust ?matcha drink.

Having a healthy relationship with food is the “base” of a healthy eating pyramid. ?Then you move on to more basic gentle nutrition that includes carbs, fat, and protein, fruits & veggies, hydration, whole grains, etc. From there if you desire/need you can dig deeper into things like supplements or specific micronutrients.
