Whenever I get questions about nutrition topics my answer is usually đ It depends. đ€Ł Annoying I know! But here is why đ

Your focus on âhealthy eatingâ depends where youâre at. If you donât have a healthy relationship with food I donât recommend that your main focus is on bee pollen đsupplements (yes, I get asked about this stuff!) or a rando unicorn dust đŠmatcha drink.

Having a healthy relationship with food is the âbaseâ of a healthy eating pyramid. đŒThen you move on to more basic gentle nutrition that includes carbs, fat, and protein, fruits & veggies, hydration, whole grains, etc. From there if you desire/need you can dig deeper into things like supplements or specific micronutrients.
