I mean, props for creativity, but these are NOT the same as the real deal. ?‍♀️Not by a long shot. Does that make these combos inherently bad? No. I’m actually a V big fan of a date and a pecan for a snack or some apple slices with fun toppings but…. Let’s not kid ourselves here.

Here is how to make a food healthier ?

1️⃣ Don’t restrict it. This causes you to eat it in a binge-like, out of control fashion.

2️⃣ Let go of guilt. Stress and anxiety from food isn’t going to improve our health. It will raise our cortisol levels.

3️⃣ Eat in an intuitive way by honoring hunger, fullness and satisfaction. (This includes both yes, honoring cravings, but also using your ? and understanding what makes you feel good/what doesn’t and making empowered decisions)
