The holidays are busy. ☃️❄️??They’re emotional. And we just do the freaking best that we can.
.
If your schedule is thrown outta whack and you miss workout after workout. Guess what? That’s okay. ?If your day consisted of mostly just munching on cookie dough ?as you baked mountains of treats to share with neighbors as holiday gifts that’s FINE!

And if you’re feeling like a diet will give you control, happiness, or health? That’s normal. And don’t beat yourself up for thinking that. The old guys sitting in cubicles on diet marketing team are very good at making you think diets will fix all of your problems but this is a lie. They won’t. They can’t. And they’ll likely add more problems that ain’t nobody got time for right now!?♀️

What matters most is what you do with your thoughts. ?YOU get to decide what ones you act on and what ones you don’t. If you skip a workout and think “Ugh! I should cut back today”, identify that and think “Ohp! You sneaky little snake of a mind! I don’t need to do that!” the actively make a CHOICE not to act on that diet thought. Make sense?
