If you’re needing something lighter then something with whole grains and/or fiber could be a great option for a boost. Something that also satisfies your cravings, like @clifbar Thins [#ad] which have plant-based, organic ingredients like rolled oats are divine ? These crispy, crunchy, snack bars with 100 calories and 5g sugar might not be enough if my tummy is feeling hungrier soooo ?

If I’m feeling like I need something more substantial I aim to get 2 out of the 3 macronutrients to really give my snack some staying power! I love dipping one of these things (a carb!) into peanut butter (a fat source!) Or you could try dipping them into Greek yogurt for some protein! Whatever you like best ❤️
